Returns are accepted within 30 days of the merchandise purchase date. If said time periods have passed since the date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached with original packaging and items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately, we can not offer you store credit. Sale items, intimates, accessories, gift cards, and bodysuits can not be returned or refunded. Items purchased using a sale coupon code can also not be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit in the amount.
Unfortunately, all sale items are final (along with accessories, intimates, and bodysuits). This also includes purchases made with discount code. DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR MERCHANDISE IF IT WAS A MARKED DOWN/ON SALE ITEM. We will not be processing your item if you send it to our warehouse for return and it is a marked down sale item. We cannot return these items as they are final sale. If sent back, there will be no credit given for any kind and you will be responsible for fees of shipping back to you. Depending on the weight of the items, your package will either ship through First Class or Priority Mail.
- Orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day.
The delivery estimate depends on the method of shipping. Priority mail does NOT mean one-day shipping, however, it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above. Currently, we only ship to USA domestic.
Shipping near the holidays may cause some delays from our end, due to an influx of orders and there might be delays from the post office.
Once an order is placed, it MAY NOT be canceled. If an item is out of stock we will refund you only for that item.
Kalon Active is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports are delivered to the address provided or any fees related to international shipping. Please contact your local post office for help on the recovery of packages that are reported delivered via your tracking email.
